A typical day with Émilie and the marketing team:

  • Coordinates various events in the territory: trade shows, technical days, open houses, product launches, sales and distributor meetings
  • Coordinates all pre and post-event marketing efforts in support of trade shows and other events through marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinates the setup, teardown, logistics, and follow-up processes for all events
  • Analyzes and reports on the performance of marketing events
  • Evaluates the overall success of an event and submits conclusions
  • Ensures proper management and reporting of prospects & leads in the CRM
  • Manages the budget for regional marketing events
  • Develops and maintains event-related equipment in line with the company's brand image, such as stands and banners for the region
  • Manages commercial documentation (printed), inventory of promotional items, and others for the region
  • Maintains good communication with the sales team in the territory

Excellent fit:

  • Studies in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in events or a similar position
  • Multilingual (French, English, and Spanish)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressure environment
  • Advanced multitasking and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a remarkable ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Available to travel regularly throughout the Americas (6 to 8 trips per year)
