Your role within the team:

As a Production Planning and Support Technician, you will be a key link between production, internal teams, and our subsidiaries. You will actively participate in managing orders, production planning, and delivery tracking, while ensuring smooth communication and optimal inventory management.

Your main tasks:

• Order and inventory management: You will use an ERP system to track orders, ensure the reception of components, and update the system with accurate information.
• Production planning: You will prioritize and plan orders to meet deadlines and achieve the company’s financial goals.
• Proactive communication: You will inform relevant departments to ensure delivery dates are met and resolve any stockouts or delays.
• Support for subsidiaries: You will manage material orders for subsidiaries, participate in inventory counts, and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
• Material preparation: You will prepare materials for assembly lines and manage raw materials and finished products.

Your profile:

• Education: College degree in administration or relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in written English, good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), and experience with ERP systems (NAVISION is a plus).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or logistics.
• Qualities: You are organized, efficient, with great attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. Your team spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential.
