Our customer services department is looking for an intern to contribute, with the team, to offer technical support to users of Creaform technologies and software. You'll be responsible for

• Documenting troubleshooting so that our technical support platform is a valuable source of information for technical support experts around the world;
• Ensuring that customers can find the documentation they need to use the technologies properly on the customer support portal.

Your projects will lead you to

• Collaborate with product experts to ensure that they are aware of improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues;
• Participate directly in the quality assurance of software developed by Creaform;
• Manage the return of defective hardware for repair or replacement;
• Perform remote troubleshooting and answer user questions, when you feel ready.

You will feel at home if you

• Have a DEC in computer technology or in physical/electrical/mechanical engineering technology, or have relevant experience;
• Are able to communicate perfectly in English, both orally and in writing, while knowing French - and even Spanish if possible;
• Have experience in customer service and enjoy providing a great customer experience;
• Are autonomous, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented;
• Are good at analysis, problem solving and decision making.
