Our Customer Services department is looking for a technical support specialist. In this key position for the customer experience, your mission will be to offer technical support to customers, distributors, and internal clients so that they can take full advantage of the technologies and software developed and sold by Creaform. You'll be responsible for
- Performing remote troubleshooting;
- Answering questions related to usage;
- Managing the return of defective equipment for repair or replacement;
- Managing the files required to use the technologies and their availability on the customer support portal.
Your projects will lead you to
- Collaborate with product experts to report improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues;
- Collaborate with your fellow experts to provide the best response to customers;
- Contribute to the development of customer service sales and customer satisfaction.
You have the profile we are looking for if you...
- Possèdes un DEC en techniques de l’informatique ou en technologie du génie physique, électrique ou mécanique, ou une expérience pertinente;
- Es bilingue (français et anglais
- Es un bon communiquant, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- As de l’expérience au service à la clientèle et un intérêt marqué pour le client;
- Es une personne autonome, organisée, débrouillarde, soucieuse du détail;
- Es à l’aise dans l'analyse, la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décision.
