Our Customer Services department is looking for a sales specialist to support Latin America customers in all their interactions with Creaform regarding their after-sales service needs.
In this key position for the customer experience, your mission will be to maintain and develop the relationship with customers by providing them with advice on the services they can use to get the most out of Creaform products and technologies.

You'll be responsible for
- Following up and advising existing customers on the effective use of their service programs and future service needs;
- Following up and advising potential customers on our portfolio of customer service products;
- Participating in regular account reviews where you will share all relevant information you have gathered on customers;
- Conducting direct and indirect sales forecasting and tracking;
- Performing day-to-day sales management, such as order entry and customer management in the CRM (quote development, opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.).
You have the profile we are looking for if you...
- Are fluent in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing;
- Have good customer service experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Are good at learning how to use computer software and tools;
- Are a good communicator, with good team spirit and collaboration;
- Enjoy performing administrative tasks and working with numbers;
- Have good organizational skills and work with a methodical approach;
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
- Are a self-starter, resourceful, proactive and versatile.

- Are also able to communicate in French or Portuguese;
- Have experience in the field of metrology.
