We are seeking for a Logistics & Support Specialist to support our customers bases in China. You will be primarily responsible for the full spectrum of logistics work and administrative support for technical support and repair requests for our customers. In collaboration with the other departments, he (she) will ensure the follow-up and progress of these cases to offer an unparalleled customer experience.

You'll be responsible for

  • Handling logistics work which includes importing/exporting/RMA shipment and local transportation for technology and parts;
  • Preparing all docs for importing/exporting work and file properly;
  • Communicating with Canada/3rd party/China customs to solve logistics issues;
  • Providing first level support to customers through phone & email;
  • Generating quotes/orders in the CRM timely and working closely with colleagues to process them in the ERP;
  • Supporting the generation of contracts with customers for the department;
  • Administering the loaner equipment fleet;
  • Welcoming new customers and resellers via phone onboarding, in addition to managing their access to the customer portal;
  • Striving to improve processes and procedures for areas of responsibility;

You will feel at home if you

  • Possess a College or Bachelor degree in a relevant field with preference to logistics;
  • Have a College English Test (CET) level 4 or above;
  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service;
  • Have knowledge of a computer operating system (Excel and Word);
  • Have knowledge of Salesforce CRM or Navision ERP is an asset;
  • Have the ability to multitask & team player.
