The Customer Care Intern will be supporting our team of Customer Care Specialists and the Customer Solutions Experts in the performance of their activities. They will be called to help with customer follow ups, order confirmations and a variety of administrative tasks.

In addition, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, he (she) will be called on to participate in various projects to improve the customer experience and supports the continuous improvement of the procedures in place.

You will be responsible for:

  • Follow up (initial email and contact) with existing clients regarding the effective use of their service program as well as their future needs;

  • Contribute to the management of clients in the CRM (opportunity follow-up, order entry and confirmation, client creation, billing, etc.);

  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of various reports and indicators on a periodic basis;

  • Carry out various projects in different software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

You will feel at home if you :

  • Are a college or university student in administration or a related discipline;
  • Have an intermediate level of English;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Are a team player and collaborative;
  • Are autonomous, resourceful, proactive and versatile.
  • Have a good knowledge of the Office suite and a facility in learning to use computer tools and software.

You earn points if you :

  • Have a good mastery of Spanish;
  • Have previous experience with a CRM.
