The main responsibilities of this position are to plan and supervise all technical services related to the automated quality control market technology offering and oversee the management of sales support activities and the project management process. He/she establishes tactical plans for his/her sector of activity and mobilizes his/her team while ensuring efficiency, profitability and promoting full customer satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for
- In collaboration with the Division Vice President:
- Proposes strategies and initiatives that contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan (priorities, objectives, key initiatives)
- Structure and ensure the deployment of the strategic plan initiatives;
- Manages the annual objectives of his sector and ensures the follow-up of the activities;
- Develops the tactical plan for his/her sectors (priorities, objectives, projects);
- Proactively participates in the CQA corporate steering committee and in the improvement of product lines;
- Maintains and manages the evolution of the service offer and the different processes of his sector in order to meet Creaform's strategic ambitions and customer needs;
- In collaboration with the different managers of the division, contributes to the synergy of all operations in order to improve the efficiency and quality of its services and especially to satisfy the customers;
- Supervises the qualification of potential sales opportunities by supporting the sales team in place;
- Ensures the development of management and technical skills related to its sector and to its collaborators (sales, AE);
- Ensures that delivered projects meet the requirements, deadlines and quality expected by the customers;
- Participates in various business development activities (visits to potential clients, presentations, trade show participation, etc.)
- Manages the overall capacity of the team vs. the demands and needs;
- Manages the continuous improvement of his sector's offer in order to meet Creaform's strategic ambitions;
- Performs all other management tasks to ensure a motivated, efficient, dynamic and cohesive team to achieve their objectives (minimize the turnover rate);
