Our Customer Services division is looking for a customer service intern to assist the team and contribute to the satisfaction of our customers in the Americas region.

You will be responsible for

• Carrying out various follow-ups with existing clients regarding the effective use of their service program and their future needs.
• Contributing to the management of customer data in the Salesforce (CRM) tool, including order activation.
• Participating in the preparation and follow-up of various reports and indicators on a periodic basis.

Your projects will require you to

• Work daily with customer service specialists and customer solution experts.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on various projects aimed at improving the customer experience and continuous improvement of existing procedures.
