For more information, visit www.creaform3d.com. In this inspiring environment, we are currently seeking an internal solutions analyst for Mexico. The primary responsibility of this position is to participate in and contribute to sales in their assigned territory by being involved in several stages of sales efforts (direct and indirect) in their territory.

Role and Responsabilities

  • Participate in, contribute to new leads (opportunities) through various methods to support marketing (trade shows, lists of potential customers, market research, cold calls, etc.);
  • Contact potential customers to qualify their needs in relation to Creaform's technology and service offering;
  • For direct sales: Plan, coordinate, organize and follow up on customer visits and demonstrations;
  • Prepare quotes in collaboration with the sales team according to the customer's needs.
  • For sales with distributors: Coordinate opportunities by avoiding commercial conflicts, follow up on orders, sales and business relations;
  • Maintain the customer database (CRM) up to date and develop sales forecasts.
  • Be in constant communication with the regional manager, production, shipping and finance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Be an ambassador of the Creaform brand in Mexico, develop a large network of contacts for business development and marketing activities.
