Our Customer Services Division is looking for an intern to participate in all stages of Creaform's external metrology project management process. You'll be responsible for

• Gathering data from clients to understand their needs and expected results;
• Communicating information to the technical teams so that they can make the best service offer;
• Contributing to the management and planning of new projects;
• Providing regular follow-ups to project teams and clients during the course of the services;
• Participating in post-project follow-up with clients (satisfaction measurement);
• Participating in the preparation and writing of bids for potential projects;
• Entering client and project data into Salesforce (CRM), including order activation.

Your projects will lead you to

• Collaborate daily with technical managers and metrology vendors;
• Actively participate in the management of technical project activities;
• Participate in customer follow-ups, contributing to customer satisfaction.
