Our Customer Services department is looking for the person who will coordinate the activities of its repair center located in Grenoble (83). A position that will lead you to perform repairs of our 3D scanners and accessories yourself, and to support the team in solving technical problems.

Your projects will lead you to:

  • Evaluate the repairs to be done and provide the information to the Customer Services department so that they can prepare and send the quote;
  • Perform repairs, calibrations and testing of products;
  • Prepare customer orders (RMA);
  • Manage the team on a technical level without having the purely HR part to manage;
  • Supervise the team's tasks in order to respect the objectives of cost, time and quality;
  • Follow the life of the installations and take charge of preventive maintenance actions;

Your projects will lead you to :

  • Participate in product improvement and technical problem solving by raising any irregularities to your colleagues in R&D and Customer Services;
  • Follow the tools in place to meet the ISO9001 and ISO17025 requirements of the repair center;
  • Implement actions to improve productivity in compliance with quality standards using indicators and the dedicated dashboard;
  • Participate in the training and technical follow-up of new repair agents;
  • Make occasional trips.

You have the right profile if you :

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in team supervision, having demonstrated your ability to work in a team and to mobilize employees;
  • Have a diploma such as Bac+2 in the field of electronics, mechanics, industry, optics or other relevant fields;
  • Have experience in continuous improvement, with a particular interest in problem solving;
  • Have good organizational skills;
  • Are meticulous and conscientious.

You earn points if you:

  • ​​​​Have 3 to 5 years experience in the electronics field;
  • Have knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards.
  • Have even a basic knowledge of English;
