Our Customer Services department is recruiting the person who will coordinate the activities of its repair center located in Grenoble (83). A position that will lead you to perform repairs on our 3D scanners and accessories yourself, and to support the team in solving technical problems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the completion of team tasks to meet cost, time, and quality objectives;
  • Managing the team technically without having to manage the purely HR aspect;
  • Assessing repairs to be made and providing information to the Customer Services department so they can submit the quote;
  • Performing repairs, calibrations, and product testing;
  • Preparing customer orders (RMA).

Your projects will lead you to:

  • Participate in product improvement and technical issue resolutions by raising any irregularities to your colleagues in R&D and Customer Services;
  • Actively participate in technical issue resolution and be the primary contact point with managers based at Creaform Inc.
  • Implement actions aimed at improving productivity while adhering to quality standards using dedicated indicators and dashboards;
  • Participate in the training and technical monitoring of new repair agents;
  • Make occasional trips.

You have the desired profile if you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in team supervision, demonstrating your ability to work in a team and mobilize colleagues;
  • Hold a minimum of a BAC + 2 degree in electronics, mechanics, industrial, optics, or other relevant fields;
  • Have experience in continuous improvement, with a particular interest in problem-solving;
  • Have good organizational skills;
  • Are meticulous and conscientious.

You gain extra points if you:

  • Have any level of knowledge of English;
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the electronics field;
  • Know ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards.
