Our Irvine (CA) office is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. In this key position to deliver on our promise of an exceptional customer experience, your goal will be to support the customer in all interactions with Creaform regarding their after-sales service needs, and to offer them the best advice. You'll be responsible for

• Collaborating with our customers to make the best use of their products through our service offering.
• Following up with existing customers and advise them on how best to meet their current and future needs;
• Following up with prospects and introduce them to our customer service product portfolio.
• Implementing best practices to offer the best customer experience to users of Creaform products and technologies.

Your projects will lead you to

• Use the CRM tool (Salesforce) on a daily basis: quote development, opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.
• Participate in regular account reviews to ensure that all relevant customer information is shared effectively.
• Participate in the development of forecasts and sales follow-ups

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

• Are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Have acquired a good experience in customer service or customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate a facility in learning to use computer software and tools.
• Are a good communicator.
• Are a team player, with a collaborative attitude.
• Demonstrate an interest in administrative tasks and numbers handling with a methodical approach.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Are autonomous, resourceful, proactive and versatile.
