Our Customer Services department is looking for a 3D metrology expert to support our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a new challenge with a world leader in 3D metrology and want to join a passionate team, read on.

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting the sales department by conducting technical demonstrations for key customers and supporting sales by conducting benchmarks;
• Training internal and external customers on Creaform products;
• Identifying the customer's needs in order to provide them with the most appropriate solution.

Your projects will lead you to :

• Work closely with the technical support team during peak periods in order to achieve the targeted performance objectives (first line troubleshooting, customer support, application support);
• Contribute to the adaptation or development of new methodologies or specific solutions to solve problems encountered by customers when using the technologies;
• Work in close collaboration with our customers, distributors and head office for various training and integration activities requiring the use of Creaform products.

You have the right profile if you :

• Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant field (or work experience);
• Have a strong interest in sales and customer service;
• Have managed large industrial accounts;
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Learn quickly;
• A ready to travel more than 50% of the time;
• Are able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Are able to communicate in Japanese and English.

You earn points if you:

• Have a background as metrology expert;
• Have a diploma in sales/marketing;
• Are able to communicate in French;
• Know 3D CAD.
