We are looking for a regional marketing manager, USA. You will be responsible for attaining the USA marketing objectives (leads, awareness, new product introduction, operational excellence, etc.) and execute the various components of the regional marketing plan except tradeshows and events. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising & promotion, awareness campaigns, media relations, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing manager must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Reporting to the Manager of the Regional Marketing Team, the candidate will collaborate on a daily basis with the Marketing event coordinator USA. The Regional Marketing manager will also work in close collaboration with the corporate marketing team, territory sales manager and sales colleagues in the assigned territory.
You'll be responsible for
- Developing the regional marketing plan in line with global marketing objectives, regional sales and lead generation objectives, and other regional objectives;
- Reaching regional lead objective (quantity & quality);
- Analyzing and reporting regional marketing performances. Ensuring proper lead management and reporting in CRM;
- Managing regional marketing budgets;
- Assisting the corporate marketing team with digital marketing efforts; Improving SEO, SEM;
- Recommending placements in directories, banners, e-newsletter, and recommending new means to increase brand awareness on the web;
- Planning and executing regional marketing campaigns that supports regional commercial initiatives;
- Managing advertisement campaigns and placement; adapting ads developed by HQ;
- Driving regional PR activities in close collaboration with the corporate marketing team: press releases, success stories, etc.; managing trade press relations in the region;
- Supporting sales with regional sales tools needs and ensuring branding conformity;
- Managing partner marketing in attributed territory, along with relationships with reseller network and software partner counterparts;
- Managing regional communications (internal & external), participate in sales meetings;
- Providing competitive intelligence support (competitive info, market size, market opportunities, etc); working closely with the territory sales manager and regional sales managers on collecting and analyzing market intelligence data.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
- Past work experience as a marketing manager or similar role;
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing;
- Experience with research using data analytics software (Power BI);
- You are in the time zone EST or CST.
