Our operations department is looking for an intern to prepare local and international shipments of Creaform products. You'll be responsible for

• Preparing all documentation so that shipments are not held up at customs ;
• Ensuring that shipments are in accordance with customer orders ;
• Tracking orders in transit, taking action on any delays ;
• Supporting the warehouse in ensuring the return of goods to suppliers and subcontractors.

Your projects will lead you to

• Work with transportation specialists (experts who will teach you many useful things with passion);
• Talk with the transporters, for follow-up or to find plan Bs when necessary.

You will feel at home if you

• Are completing a college degree in transportation logistics or related field (or already have this knowledge) ;
• Are able to communicate in both French and English, orally and in writing (Spanish is an asset);
• Have some knowledge of international transportation/customs;
• Know what an ERP system is and have used one before;
• Are a good team player :
• Have demonstrated strong customer service skills;
• Know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which involves planning and organizing your work;
• Are a person autonomous and resourceful.
