Our marketing department is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the production of all of our communication tools, both traditional and digital.

You will be responsible for :

• Planning multi-stakeholder projects while taking into account production deadlines and budgets;
• Communicating effectively on the progress of these projects (status, milestones, challenges, budget, schedule)
• Ensuring the quality and measure the effectiveness of the various marketing communication tools.
• Maintaining a consistent communication strategy to ensure a strong brand image;

Your projects will lead you to

• Participate in the development of various tools and play an advisory role at this level;
• Support and advise the different departments and international offices in marketing matters.
• Work on various projects (brochures, internal website, landing pages, traditional and digital advertising, packaging, kiosks, promotional items, etc.).
• Work with a wide range of external and internal contacts, depending on the stage of the projects.

You will feel at home if you

• Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or project management;
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in project management;
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft and its various communication tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Are able to communicate in French and English;
• Know how to manage your stress, your priorities and your time;
• Have a spirit of initiative, combined with a lot of creativity and autonomy;
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.

• Have already worked with a project management tool such as Asana, Wrike or Trello.;
