We are currently looking for a receptionist, administrative assistant for our Laval office. The position of receptionist and administrative assistant is for you!
You will be responsible for
- Handling telephone calls;
- Greeting clients, candidates, delivery people and any other person who comes to the reception desk;
- Place various orders for the Laval office (fruit orders, dinner orders, corporate clothing orders, office supplies orders, etc.);
- Prepare and validate purchase requisitions, make and receive POs;
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages, follow up related to computer support and inventory;
- Prepare TP for new employees;
- Activate and deactivate employee access cards and PINs for our alarm system;
- Plan and coordinate logistics related to corporate events (group training, sales events, employee meetings, 5@7, activities, etc.).
Your projects will lead you to;
- Write different documents, use your graphic design skills, correct texts and help the finance department with invoicing;
- Plan and coordinate logistics related to corporate events (group training, sales events, employee meetings, 5@7, activities, etc.);
- Coordinate and plan the building's subcontracting work (call for service, quotes, etc.);
- Participate actively in the employee committee to improve the well-being and sense of belonging and ensure a safe work environment.
You have the profile we are looking for if you...
- Have a degree in office automation, secretarial science or any other related field;
- Have 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Speak French;
- Have good writing skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Is organized and knows how to manage your priorities;
- Demonstrate initiative, versatility and autonomy in the execution of tasks;
- Provide exceptional customer service.
