What does a typical project look like in your new team?

• Follow up (initial email and contact) with existing clients regarding the effective use of their service program as well as their future needs;
• Contribute to the management of clients in the CRM (opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, client creation, billing, etc.);
• Participate in the preparation and follow-up of various reports and indicators on a periodic basis;
• Carry out various projects in different software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

• You are bilingual in French and English (German is an asset);
• You have good organizational skills with a methodical approach;
