We are currently seeking someone for the position of Software and Applications Developer at Creaform’s head office in Lévis. As part of the software platform development team, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible to help develop Creaform’s 3D digitization software and technologies and their applications. Also, as part of a multidisciplinary development team, he or she will be responsible for developing system architecture, image processing and 3D data algorithms, 3D measurement and inspection algorithms, interactive 3D viewing tools and user interfaces.

Role and Responsabilities

• Develop the software architectures needed to operate Creaform’s 3D digitization and measurement platforms;
• Test and validate architectures;
• Implement and optimize processing methods and algorithms in C++ language;
• Develop interactive 3D and 3D visualization tools all software and applications;
• Develop user interfaces for all software and applications;
• Develop algorithms for 2D image processing, 3D reconstruction 3D, 3D modeling and inspection;
• Collaborate with other developers in order to integrate developments into current or future products;
• Interact with the testing and support teams to ensure product quality;
• Respect established processes, working methods and development standards.

Requirements

• DEC in computer science
• 5 years of relevant experience in the following fields:
  • Visual Studio development environment, Team Foundation, .NET
  • IT architecture
  • 3D geometry, image processing, digital viewing and matrix computing (an asset)
