We are currently looking for someone to hold the title of drafter for the Creaform's office that is located in Laval. The holder of this position will have under his responsibility to prepare the models and the drawings in order to gather all the technical information that is necessary for the projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and support technicians/engineers.

Role and Responsabilities

• Suggest harness' progression studies;
• Modelize 3D electrical harness, design support systems;
• Complete modifications and the 3D drafting;
• Elaborate project plans from technical documents (requirement specifications, ect.);
• Apply mechanical tolerancing concepts, design standards;
• Involve the various departments (after-sale service, manufacturing engineering, purchases) to solve integration problems;
• Support the factory assembly.

Required Profile

• Hold an AEC or a DEP in mechanical engineering or in industrial design;
• Master the usage of a 3D software (Inventor an asset);
• Have good knowledge of the 2D modules, solid and assembly.
