As a Creaform AE, you will interface with engineers and technicians who use Creaform products in many different applications and industries. You will gain exposure to customers through a variety of interactions such as conducting sales demonstrations in collaboration with our sales team, providing customer training, technical support and realizing service mandates.

You will also be deeply involved into the sales process with the local account manager by supporting the technical qualification of business opportunities, analyzing and testing customers application to build and present a technical and commercial proposal to customers.

Your projects will lead you to

• Provide applicative training on Creaform and partner technologies to our customer base;
• Perform service projects at customer’s site or in Creaform’s facilities;

• Provide technical support to local customers over Creaform hardware, software, and applicative question.
• Provide feedback on market, new potential applications, Creaform products and competitive landscape to sales managers, product managers and technical experts so improvements on our products reflect our client’s needs.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge development of the sales channel (ISS, AM, RM and distributors);
• In collaboration with the local Sales team:
  • Elaborate the local business development strategy;
  • Ensure deployment of Creaform solutions through technical, commercial and marketing actions (demos, benchmarks, exhibitions, etc.);
  • Contribute at your level to new sales leads and business opportunities generation;
  • Actively contribute to the evaluation of customer requirements; from the technical qualification of the project and initial tests to the technical proposal submission;
  • In coordination with the sales team, present the final technical and price proposal to customers and contribute to the closing.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

• Have an engineering degree (technical or bachelor) or relevant experience;
• Will be willing to travel internationally (about 50%);
• Are fluent in English and Spanish;
• Have Interest in sales and customer service;
• Are comfortable to perform presentations in front of people
• Are well organized;
• Have strong customer relations skills;
• Are autonomous and resourceful.

You earn points if you...

• Have experience in metrology and portable CMM is an asset;
• Have experience in NDT, Oil & gas, pipeline integrity is an asset;
