Division Creaform for the metrology services recognized for its highly technical competencies within the company’s activities.  

We are currently seeking a highly professional, self-motivated, Account Manager for Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating the Creaform product line as well as the company itself within the assigned territory in order to close sales.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites.Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose as part of a solution selling process.
• Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Creaform's hardware and software solutions in order to promote Creaform’s products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, engineering associations, etc.).
• Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
• Use all available resources, including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, Marketing Department’s services, etc. to advance and close sales.
• Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems.
• Act as a point of contact and provide solution selling consulting to potential customers during the evaluation period through regular follow-ups.
• Effectively communicate feedback and recommendations for hardware and software changes / enhancements to Applications Engineers and R&D, as indicated by customers.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.
• Develop an efficient network of contacts and clients in the designated territory.

Our perfect match...

• Degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant technical field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a technical field, sales and/or customer support.
• Strong interest for high-tech products.
• Have interest in sales and customer service (degree in sales/marketing is a plus).
• Be bilingual – Thai / English (written and spoken). Japanese is an asset.
• Experience using a CRM solution is a plus.
• Be willing to travel frequently for work.
• Be results-oriented.
