Our sales department is looking for a customer account manager to develop Creaform's sales in the assigned territory while striving to offer the best customer experience. If you want to take on new challenges and join a passionate and determined team, read on!
You'll be responsible for
- Defining and implementing a strategy to develop a large network of contacts and clients in your territory;
- Demonstrating Creaform technology to interested or potential customers;
- Identifying all customer requirements and specifications;
- Clearly communicating them to the teams preparing the quotation;
- Acting as a point of contact for your clients and prospects to provide them with the technical support they need, especially during the evaluation period;
- Tracking all your opportunities in an organized and regular manner and reporting progress at the weekly team opportunity review;
- Providing sales forecasts and participating in forecast review meetings.
You have the profile we are looking for if you...
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant technical field ;
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales in a manufacturing/technological environment;
- Have a keen interest in high technology and learning about technology products (if you know metrology, we'll love it);
- Reside in your assigned territory (Kansas, Oklahoma, Wichita)
- Are willing to travel on a regular basis (50%+ of the time) with flexible schedules adapted to peak sales periods.
