We are looking for an accounts receivable technician who shares our values and our determination to be the best. By joining our ranks, your main responsibility will be to maintain all activities surrounding the collection of accounts receivable for Creaform Inc. and Creaform USA in compliance with the Policies, internal controls and internal procedures. And when needed, you will support the other technicians for the billing activities of the company.

What a typical day with us looks like:

- Assist in establishing credit limits for new clients, supported by the external agency and immediate supervisors as needed; - Ensure that customer credit limits are reviewed annually; - Transmit account statements to customers and follow up on past due accounts; - Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues; - Interact with sales teams to move files forward; - Follow up on accounts in collection with the external agency for accounts that have been passed on to the external agency; - Deposit invoices on the customer portals if necessary; - Participate as needed in the preparation of sales invoices by ensuring compliance with company policies and transmit them according to the method defined by the client; - Record cash receipts daily in the accounting system; - Participate in the improvement of work processes in order to increase efficiency; - All other related weekly and monthly tasks.

Requirements

  • Have a DEC in finance, accounting or administration or equivalent experience;
  • Have relevant work or internship experience;
  • Are customer service oriented, have excellent communication skills and want to be involved in the company to understand and have an impact on it;
  • Are very organized, resourceful, you know how to manage deadlines and volumes of activities,
  • You are very organized, resourceful, able to manage deadlines and volumes of activities, able to take initiative, have good judgment, the ability to manage several tasks at once, are dynamic, efficient and accurate;
  • Master the Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook;
  • Knowl Navision (or other ERP) - an asset;
  • Speak English
