We are looking for an accounts receivable technician to maintain all activities surrounding the management of Creaform Inc.'s accounts receivable, in compliance with policies, internal controls and internal procedures. Your projects will lead you to

• Reviewing orders to ensure proper coding and compliance with our policies;
• Transferring approved orders to the accounting system on a daily basis;
• Following up on outstanding orders and ensure their release as soon as conditions are met;
• Preparing sales invoices ensuring compliance with company policies, including invoices for sales to subsidiaries and application of transfer pricing policies and transmit them in the manner defined by the customer;
• Recording cash receipts daily in the accounting system;
• Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues;
• Preparing credit notes when necessary;
• Participating in the improvement of work processes in order to gain efficiency.

You will feel at home if you

• Has a DEP in finance, accounting or administration or equivalent experience;
• Has relevant work or internship experience;
• Is customer service oriented, has excellent communication skills and wants to be involved in the company to understand and have an impact on it;
• Ability to manage deadlines and volume of activities, organized, resourceful, responsible and rigorous;
• Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel is an asset;
• Knowledge of Navision is an asset (or other ERP);
• Have a knowledge of English.
