Our Customer Service Department is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The incumbent of this position is responsible for accompanying the customer in all his interactions with Creaform regarding his after-sales service needs. He (she) will maintain and develop the relationship with the customer, in order to advise him (her) on the products of the customer service portfolio. In addition, in collaboration with the sales manager, the incumbent of this position provides sales forecasts for his clients, monitors the results of these forecasts and ensures that the use of the products and services available by his clients is maximized.

You'll be responsible for

  • Ensuring a smooth customer experience for all users of Creaform products and technologies;
  • Collaborating with our customers to ensure their optimal use of our entire portfolio of customer service products;
  • Following up and advising current customers on the effective use of their service programs as well as their future needs regarding the service offering;
  • Following up and advising potential clients on the introduction of our customer service product portfolio;
  • Participating in regular account reviews and effectively share all relevant customer information;
  • Forecasting and following up on direct sales;
  • Contributing to the management and follow-up of major accounts for specific proposals;
  • Ensuring daily sales management, order entry and customer management in CRM (quote development, opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.).

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

  • Are bilingual French-English (Spanish is an asset);
  • Have 5 years experience in customer service or customer loyalty;
  • Have good basic knowledge and ability to learn computer tools and software.

  • Have ability to perform administrative and number crunching tasks;
  • Are fluency in English, both written and spoken; ability to function in French and/or Spanish;
  • Have experience in the metrology or manufacturing customer service environment;
  • Has good organizational skills with a methodical approach;
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  • Are autonomous, resourceful, proactive and versatile.
