We are currently seeking a support coordinator for the Creaform head office in Lévis. The incumbent’s main responsibility will be providing technical support to clients, distribution networks, and internal users of software and technology developed and sold by Creaform. The Creaform technical services team is also involved in quality assurance on software created by Creaform as well as maintenance renewal.

What a typical day with looks like:

• Work with a product specialist to provide technical support and solutions to users of technology and software.
• Remote troubleshooting
• Answering user questions
• Managing returns of defective material for repair or replacement
• Managing the files required to use technologies and make them available on client support portals

• Report opportunities for improvement and software and hardware quality problems to the product specialists
• Help develop client sales services.

Requirements

• DEC in physics engineering technology or other related field or relevant experience;
• Bilingual (English/French), knowledge of 3rd language (Spanish or Portuguese) an asset;
• Good communication skills and customer service experience;
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system;
• Knowledge of client management software a strong asset.
