Our R&D department is looking for a product quality assurance expert who, under the supervision of the quality assurance team leader, will contribute to ensure the stability of our software and validate the general operation and accuracy of our devices. You'll be responsible for

• Ensuring the improvement and maintenance of the quality standards of the HandySCAN and MaxSHOT products, the VXelements software as well as the files related to the reconstruction of digitized surfaces;
• Elaborating and carrying out various functional and performance test plans for software and devices in order to ensure the stability of each software version distributed by Creaform;
• Creating and carrying out test scenarios for all new products and new functionalities;
• Formalizing the results and producing test reports;
• Analyzing the data and drawing conclusions, always with the aim of improving the reliability and stability of our products;
• Initiating ideas to improve the working methods of the quality assurance team.

Your projects will lead you to

• Participate in the bug management process: process requests, list bugs in the database, prioritize bugs and verify fixes;
• Actively participate in weekly development project follow-up meetings;
• Assist the product development and customer service teams.

You will feel at home if you

• Hold a college or university degree in science or engineering in a field related to computer science, electronics, mechanics, physics or automated production;
• Have at least five years of relevant experience;
• Are methodical, rigorous, autonomous, with a critical mind;
• Are at ease in writing test reports;
• Understand the basic principles of the technologies developed by the company (software, electronics, optics and mechanics);
• Are able to communicate easily both in French and in English.

• Have already worked with 3D measurement technologies, especially with laser projection scanning devices;
• Have experience with photogrammetry equipment;
