We are looking for our next industrial engineering expert who will play an important role in our operations department.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• When putting new products into production, implement the most optimal working methods possible;
• If necessary, recommend and implement new and more effective tools or work methods;
• Participate directly in projects and continuous improvement processes;
• Implement performance indicators;
• Provide technical assistance to the production team for the resolution of various issues;
• Contribute to the achievement of operational objectives in terms of quality, health and safety, productivity, profitability and maintenance by improving work methods and processes;
• Develop expertise in the various aspects of the calibration of our technologies and equipment;
• Take care of the planning and implementation of new technologies and software.

Our perfect match...

• Has a college or university degree in industrial engineering;
• Has knowledge of computer science, programming and automation;
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Have a good level of French (spoken and written) and a good level of functional English;
• Has strong relational competences;
• Has good analytical and synthesis skills and problem-solving skills;
• Manages priorities well and several files simultaneously;
• Is autonomous and has initiative.
