We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist attached to our Houston, Tx office. Your role will be to provide support to inside sales teams, conduct product demonstrations, maintain customer contact and generate revenue.
You'll be responsible for
- Qualifying incoming leads and contact potential customers in relation to Creaform’s technology and service offer. Providing required production information and scheduling product demonstrations. Communicating information concerning demonstration requirements and coordinating schedules with potential customers and Account Managers.
- Assisting with lead generation through different methods including cold calling, referrals, tradeshows, local events, and market research in conjunction with marketing staff and other resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities to generate demos and revenues.
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Regional managers to advance the sales process and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle.
- Communicating with Account Managers to obtain required data and prepare sales quotations based on specifications provided. Applying appropriate pricing and discounts based on established pricing policy and obtain authorization for special pricing or other non-standard elements of quotations.
- Receiving and reviewing purchase orders. Validate against quote and confirm details with customers.
- Participating at Trade Shows and local event in assisting with qualifying and capturing leads
- Being an ambassador of Creaform brand in the United States. Develop a wide network of contacts for both business development and local marketing activities.
