Our Brazil office is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support account managers and resellers and help them achieve sales goals. You'll be responsible for

  • Qualifying incoming leads and generate prospects;
  • Assisting the account manager in identifying high potential and strategic accounts;
  • Developing a broad network of contacts for local business development and marketing activities;
  • Supporting account managers in their daily work, e.g., coordinating demo schedules, reviewing quotes and purchase orders;
  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in market research and data analysis for the assigned sales territory.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Contact potential clients to analyze their metrology needs;
  • Make the link between these expectations and Creaform's service offer in order to provide clients and prospects with the information they need;
  • Make cold calls, participate in trade shows and local events, conduct market research, etc. to help generate leads;
  • Work closely with Account Managers;
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers, business development managers and other resources;
  • Be an ambassador for the Creaform brand.

You will feel at home if you

  • Have a degree in business administration/marketing with 2-5 years experience;
  • Have experience or a significant interest in sales or customer support;
  • Are a hands-on person with good personal and commercial awareness;
  • Are organized, responsible and resourceful;
  • Have an energetic and cheerful personality;
  • Have good team spirit;
  • Speak Portuguese & Spanish & English.
