Our Irvine, CA office is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support account managers and resellers and help them achieve sales goals. Your position will be a mix of sales and administrative duties, ideal for a career starter. You'll be responsible for

  • Qualifying incoming leads and helping generate new ones yourself;
  • Supporting Account Managers in their daily work, such as reviewing quotes and purchase orders and confirming information with customers;
  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in market research and data analysis for this sales territory.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Contact potential clients to analyze their metrology needs;
  • Make the link between these expectations and Creaform's service offer in order to provide clients and prospects with the information they need;
  • Make cold calls, participate in trade shows and local events, conduct market research, etc. to help generate leads;
  • Work closely with Account Managers;
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers, business development managers and other resources;
  • Be an ambassador for the Creaform brand.

You will feel at home if you

  • Have a degree in business administration/marketing;
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience or a significant interest in sales, with some local travel involved;
  • Enjoy supporting customers or sales people;
  • Are a hands-on person with good personal and commercial sensitivity;
  • Are organized, responsible and resourceful;
  • Have an energetic and cheerful personality;
  • Have good team spirit;
  • Communicate perfectly in English, both orally and in writing.
