This is good, because Creaform Engineering needs you and your creativity to become our new internal sales specialist for business development whose main missions will be to perform tasks to provide support to the team in place. The person will be responsible for generating presentations of service offerings, maintaining contact with clients and generating revenue, working within the limits of standard or accepted practices.
Gabriel, your future manager, is known for his leadership and authenticity. Before returning to Creaform 5 months ago, he worked with us for 10 years and started as a project coordinator. He is now responsible for business development and manages 5 people, soon 6 with you.

A typical day in your new team:
- Prospecting by means of different methods, including cold calling, instant communication tool on the website, references, trade shows, local events and market research in collaboration with marketing staff,
- Mastery of the various aids/subsidies that can contribute to the success of our customers;
- Qualify incoming prospects and contact potential customers in relation to Creaform Ingénierie's service offer. Provide and collect information required to initiate discussions and schedule project/client needs assessment meetings;
- Prepare and organize files for the start of business relationships;
- Work closely with account managers to advance the sales process and maintain an exceptional customer experience throughout the full sales cycle;
- Assist account managers in the submission of service offers and ensure upstream follow-up of orders;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the department's strategic business plans;
- Responsible for the beginning of the sales process from prospecting to ordering as well as customer satisfaction monitoring. Also coordinates post-mortem activities and follow-up of post-delivery actions;
- Support to the marketing team.
You will feel at home if you:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration/Marketing with 1-3 year(s) of experience;
- Have sales/customer support experience within an international company is an important asset;
- Have an interest in engineering;
- Have a notable interest in customer support and/or sales;
- Having experience with CRM software is an important asset;
- Have experience in project management product development an asset;
- Have knowledge and experience in engineering, manufacturing and metrology is an asset;
- Are a practical person with good personal and sales skills.
