Who we are looking for? A perfect match to fill the position of Inside Sales Specialist NDT to cover United States and Canada territory within our sales department.

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Contact potential customers and distributors to qualify leads;
  • Plan, organize and follow up on customer visits and product demonstrations;
  • Based on customer needs, prepare sales quotes;
  • Assist with lead generation by obtaining referrals in conjunction with marketing staff and other resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities in order to generate demos;
  • Be in constant communication with the Regional Manager, the production team and the Finance team to make sure your client has a positive customer experience.

Our perfect match...

  • Has a BACC in Business administration, Marketing or in a relevant field;
  • Has 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service;
  • Has a knack for sales and customer services;
  • Is autonomous and resourceful;
  • Is a good team player;
  • Is fluent in both English and French.

  • Know a third language like spanish;
  • Have knowledge of one CRM software.
