The main responsibility of this position is to participate and contribute to sales in his/her assigned territory by being involved in several stages of sales efforts (direct and indirect) in his/her territory.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Participate, contribute to new leads by different methods to support marketing (trade show, potential customer lists, market research, cold calls, etc.);
• Contact potential customers to qualify their needs in relation to Creaform's technology and service offer;
• For direct sales: Plan, coordinate, organize and monitor customer visits and demonstrations;
• Prepare quotations in collaboration with the sales team according to the customer's needs.
• For sales with distributors: Coordinate opportunities by avoiding commercial conflicts, track orders, sales and business relationships;
• Maintain the customer database (CRM) and develop sales forecasts.
• Be in constant communication with the regional manager, production, shipping and finance team to ensure a positive customer experience;
• Be an ambassador of the Creaform brand in Mexico, develop a wide network of contacts for both business development and marketing activities.
