Inside Sales Specialist, NDT

Who we are looking for? A perfect match to fill the position of Inside Sales Specialist NDT to cover United States and Canada territory within our sales department.
What a typical day with us looks like:
- Contact potential customers and distributors to qualify leads;
- Plan, organize and follow up on customer visits and product demonstrations;
- Based on customer needs, prepare sales quotes;
- Assist with lead generation by obtaining referrals in conjunction with marketing staff and other resources to ensure that assigned territories have sufficient leads and opportunities in order to generate demos;
- Be in constant communication with the Regional Manager, the production team and the Finance team to make sure your client has a positive customer experience.
Our perfect match...
- Has a BACC in Business administration, Marketing or in a relevant field;
- Has 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service;
- Has a knack for sales and customer services;
- Is autonomous and resourceful;
- Is a good team player;
- Is fluent in both English and French.

- Know a third language like spanish;
- Have knowledge of one CRM software.
