Our Human Resources department is looking for an intern to support the team responsible for finding our future interns, all departments included. If you wish to play a key role in a passionate HR team that is determined to give you a great adventure, do like the 15+ students who are currently collaborating to our success in several of our departments, and join Creaform. You'll be responsible for

• Recruiting our future interns, all departments included, i.e. 15 to 20 positions per season;
• Analyzing the applications received on our different media;
• Creating the files of new employees;
• Preparing job offers and administrative documents related to the arrival of new employees;
• Conducting telephone and pre-selection interviews;
• Scheduling selection interviews with selected candidates;
• Taking references from selected candidates;
• Conducting the necessary follow-up with candidates who have participated in the recruitment process.

Your projects will lead you to

• Participate in visibility events such as job fairs and technical seminars;
• Participate in the organization of international recruitment missions.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

• Are currently studying in human resources;
• Are able to communicate both in French and English, orally and in writing;
• Are rigorous and you stand out for your organizational skills;
