Creaform currently seeking for an ISS in our customer support departement.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Carry out customer service business development for Creaform’s customers in China;
• Develop strategies to increase the sales of plans and accessories for Creaform products;
• Train resellers and internal agents on support sales;
• Develop relations with customers and resellers to improve the level of sales;
• Develop forecasts and sales reports for his assigned region;
• Develop and monitor support sales targets for distributors;
• Carry out the sale of corporate plans to Creaform’s key accounts (in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator and Account Manager);
• Improve communication with internal sales teams and assist them with the production of quotes.

Our perfect match...

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales or after-sales service;
• Result oriented, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and curiosity;
• Bilingual (Chinese and English), written and spoken;

You earn points if you...

• Knowledge of/experience in the engineering/manufacturing/metrology fields
• Experience using CRM software
