Who we are looking for ? The perfect candidate to fill the position of Internal Solutions Analyst. His main responsibility will be to participate and contribute to sales in his assigned territory by qualifying opportunities ("leads"), coordinating customer visits and order tracking.

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Contribute to new opportunities: trade show, lists of potential customers, market research, cold calls;
  • Answer incoming call questions and redirect calls to the right people as needed;
  • Contact potential customers to qualify their needs for Creaform technologies and services;
  • Plan, organize and coordinate customer visits and demonstrations (for direct sellers and distributors);
  • Prepare bids;
  • Be in constant communication and close collaboration with the designated regional manager and the Production and Finance departments.

Requirements

  • Has a Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, communications or relevant experience in related field;
  • Has 1 years experience in a relted field;
  • Is fluent in both French and English;
  • Is a take-charge person with a can do attitude;
  • Has a knack for sales and customer service;
  • Is driven by surpassing goal achievement.
