Our Customer Services department is looking for its future EMEA Sales Manager to grow this territory and the people in charge of prospecting and retention in a dynamic growth context.

Your main mission will be to help the team and key partners (resellers) win new customers while maintaining the current portfolio; to adapt sales strategies locally to enable the achievement of sales and profitability targets; and finally to ensure that the organization continues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, notably through the development of digital.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively deploy the strategic plan for your territory.
  • Set team and individual goals (4 employees)
  • Work directly with the resellers in your territory.
  • Act as a coach to ensure that everyone adopts best practices throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor results, analyze variances and implement actions to achieve targets.
  • Drive sales forecast accuracy and funnel growth.
  • Develop service activities in collaboration with the operational team
  • Ensure the right balance between workload and project schedules.

Your projects will require you to:

  • Keep a close eye on sales opportunities, sales reports, forecasts and performance indicators in order to act quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Conduct training on sales techniques and company product features.
  • Proactively follow up on assigned customer accounts to build strong relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with overall company goals.

We are looking for people who:

  • Communicate effectively in English, French and German (this is an important asset).
  • Have several years of relevant experience in sales and management of vendors and/or resellers.
  • Are willing to travel within the territory on occasion (approximately once a month).
