The manager - sales and metrology projects team is responsible for deploying the strategic plans of the division. He structures and supervises worldwide sales and project management activities in metrology and is responsible for the deployment and continuous improvement of the various processes involved.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Manage the sales budget for metrology services ($ 7-10 million worldwide) and manage the achievement of the department's objectives;
• Supervise the global sales and project management team of the CMS division (7-10 employees) to achieve the objectives;
• Participate in the development and deployment of the annual strategic plans of the metrology service;
• Establish team and individual goals, track results, analyze gaps, and take action to meet targets; Coach and develop team members to ensure the use of their full potential;
• Target growth opportunities in the metrology sector;
• Participate in the marketing committee and the deployment of business growth initiatives; Participate in the quality committee of the division and collaborate to achieve the full satisfaction of customers;
• Perform the qualification, sale and follow-up of certain projects according to the workload of his team;
• Monitor and improve the performance indicators of his sector.

Our perfect match...

• Holds a university degree in mechanical engineering or has relevant experience in a related field;
• Possess between 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management;
• Be bilingual (English - French) both orally and in writing;
• Have relevant experience in supervising technical personnel;
• Have knowledge of the fields of aeronautics, transport, consumer products, energy or manufacturing;
• Master a CRM software;
• Be available to travel internationally for work (10% of his time).
