Someone like you, to act as a consultant for the automated marketing platform (Pardot), providing the necessary training and support for the various stakeholders.

Atypical day with Faouzi and the team:

  • Participate with various stakeholders in the definition, development of strategies and choice of tactics for automated marketing campaigns

  • Design, plan, implement, manage, test, analyze and optimize automated campaigns (nurture, Drip...)

  • Create, manage, analyze and optimize e-mailing campaigns, and provide advice and recommendations to maximize results

  • Design and produce forms and landing pages in Pardot according to the needs defined by the various stakeholders

  • Design and optimize templates for emails, landing pages, campaign flows, etc., to make users as autonomous as possible in their use

  • Produce and communicate automated marketing campaign performance reports to the various parties involved

  • Work closely with IT teams on Pardot's connection and interaction with SalesForce CRM

Excellent fit:

  • Pardot experience required

  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing KPIs and conversion metrics

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics GA4

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS an asset

  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French to be able to communicate, train and exchange with 100% English-speaking and bilingual teams

  • Interest in emerging technologies

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly developed organizational skills
