Our IT department is looking for the intern who will contribute to the improvement and automation of processes and activities this winter. You will work alongside an expert and close-knit team that will make your integration a priority. You'll be responsible for

• Participate in the definition of improvement needs;
• Analyze and document possible solutions and recommend the approach to follow to meet the needs;
• Implementing the selected solutions.

Your projects will lead you to

• Redesigning the management of the computer equipment inventory;
• Implement performance indicators and monitoring;
• Set up and automate management reports;
• Improve the processing flow of support requests;
• Replace the knowledge management tool (knowledge base).

You will feel at home if you

• Are a student in administration concentration in systems management, management, computer science or any other relevant training;
• Are autonomous in finding solutions;
• Have an analytical mind;
• Likes to take an idea or concept and bring it to a finished product.

You earn points if you:

• Have knowledge of Office 365 / PowerBI;
• Have basic programming skills;
• Have functional English.
