We are looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator - North America to plan, manage and evaluate the organization's participation in trade shows and events in the region and more generally to execute the marketing events plan. To ensure success as a Marketing Event Coordinator, you should possess excellent project management skills and have good marketing and communications experience. Our marketing event coordinator has the versatility to organize various type of events for many different industries and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. Reporting to the Manager of the Regional Marketing Team, the Marketing Event Coordinator will also work in close collaboration with members of the regional marketing team, the corporate marketing team, territory sales manager and sales colleagues in the assigned territory. You'll be responsible for

  • Coordinating various events in the territory: tradeshows, roadshows, open houses, product launches, sales and distributor meetings;
  • Coordinating all preshow and post-show marketing efforts in support of tradeshows and other events through marketing channels such as social media, e-mailings, and advertising campaigns;
  • Coordinating ll event set-up, tear down, logistical requirements and follow-up processes.
  • Analyzing and reporting marketing events performances;
  • Assessing an event’s overall success and submit findings.
  • Ensuring proper lead management and reporting in the CRM;
  • Managing the regional marketing event budget;
  • Developing and maintaining event-related equipment in-line with corporate branding, such as stands and banners for the region;
  • Managing sales documentation (print), promotional objects and apparel inventory for the region;
  • Supporting communications with the regional sales team.

  • Hold an associate degree in Business Administration or Marketing / Communications
  • Posses minimum 3 years’ experience in event management or other suitable line of work
  • Are highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Are known for you good communication skills and your ability to work well with people
  • Are available to travel regularly throughout North America
