Who are we looking for ? The perfect candidate for the position of Method Agent ! The holder of this position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Methods Manager, for ensuring technical support during manufacturing and will work in collaboration with the manufacturing foremen, quality inspectors and the mechanical and electrical engineering departments.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Read, interpret plans and critically analyze feasibility;
• Define the manufacturing steps of a component and write the manufacturing and assembly ranges of parts and sub-assemblies according to specifications;
• Evaluate the time required to complete manufacturing projects accurately and based on history;
• Provide technical support on the production line;
• Determine the most efficient production flows to ensure smooth work;
• Establish methods for maximum use of production facilities and personnel;
• Participate in the development of critical points for continuous improvement.

Our perfect match...

• Has a college or university degree in mechanical engineering;
• Communicates (effectively) in both English and French, both orally and in writing;
• Has between 1 to 3 years of revelant experience;
• Has experience in manufacturing environmen and in machining, structural assembly, materials and processes;
• Masters at least one CAD software (Catia V5, Solidworks, Solidedge, Inventor, etc.);
• Has a good analytical and synthetic mind;
• Is a good team player;
• Manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously;
• Is the super organized type.

You earn points if you...

• Has practical experience on CATIA;
• Masters a continuous improvement process such as: Kaizen, Lean manufacturing or Production value added (PVA).
