Creaform is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the non-destructive testing sector in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). This person will be based in one of our two European offices, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Germany) or Grenoble (France). His/her main responsibilities will be to promote the expansion of Creaform technologies in the NDT sector by demonstrations, participation in various trade shows, etc.

Role and Responsabilities

  • Develop a strategy to position Creaform on the NDT market in EMEA
  • Perform benchmarks, demonstrations and sales for NDT customers in the assigned territory to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals, as required
  • In collaboration with the regional managers in place, develop, maintain and manage the NDT distributors network in the assigned territory
  • Initiate and support marketing activities to support sales development and expand the network
  • Act as point of contact to provide technical and market expertise to customers and the Creaform EMEA sales network
  • Ensure deployment of existing NDT solutions in key accounts
  • Provide feedback on markets, new potential applications, Creaform products, and the competitive landscape to the NDT product manager so that improvements on our products reflect our client’s needs

Our perfect match...

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the NDT market
  • Degree in engineering
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Experience with distributor channel management
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing), German and French are an asset.
  • Availability to travel on a frequent basis (up to 50% of the time) within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge and experience in laser technology and 3D scanning is an asset
