What is a typical project in your new team like?

  • Take charge of the payroll of 2 sister entities of Creaform (less than 100 employees) and assist the Payroll Coordinator on the ADP system for the Creaform payroll
  • Assist, if needed, the parent company on the bi-monthly payroll for the US employees
  • Be a reference person with employees for questions related to payroll and benefits
  • Manage employee benefits (e.g. group insurance, RRSPs, vacation banks, holidays)
  • Assist at the end of the financial month for all matters related to employee compensation
  • Analyze, verify and complete various year-end payroll reports (T4 and R1 Summary, CNESST Declaration, etc.)

Some aspects that will facilitate your integration at Creaform :

  • You have a vocational diploma (DEP) in administration with a specialization in administration / office automation or equivalent experience
  • You have 1 year of relevant experience in payroll production and administrative support for Quebec and/or other Canadian provinces
  • You have knowledge of ADP, an asset
