Our Operations Department is looking for a Planner to help them plan the manufacturing of 3D measurement system technologies according to the production plan, as well as the delivery of systems to customers. Planning is at the heart of Operations, you will play a key role in the satisfaction of our customers!

You'll be responsible for

• Participating in the launch of the production plan and managing it with the production team;
• Participate in monthly inventories,
• Manage the inventory of finished products: return stock, finished products manufactured..;
• Manage the manufacturing orders (MO) in the ERP;
• Make purchases of accessories related to customer orders (e.g. software);
• Inform the relevant departments of any relevant information to ensure that customer requests are met (expected delivery date, stock shortage, late delivery, etc.);
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, sales and production to achieve monthly objectives;
• Support the team in the "launch" of customer orders in production;
• Participate in QMS (Quality Management System) updates.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

• Have a college degree in administration/operations, or in a field relevant to the job;
• Have between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience in planning (production or purchasing), purchasing and/or logistics;
• Ability to communicate in French and English;
• Knowledge of ERP software (NAVISION an asset);
• Has worked with a CRM (Salesforce an asset);
• Is a team player;
• Is an organized, structured person, with attention to detail;
• Has good adaptability and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
• Know how to manage priorities.
