Our operations department is looking for a production expert to optimize the assembly and mechanical repair of our products. In this key role within our organization, you will also contribute to improving our quality assurance and quality control processes for production operations.

You will be responsible for
- Coordinating the various quality and improvement projects of the production operations;
- Developing and improving production methods and inspection standards;
- Participating directly in the deployment of new initiatives;
- Supporting service, production and repair teams on their processes & procedures;
- Supporting service and supply teams in handling component complaints and corrective actions;
- Participating in variance requests, change controls and non-conformances.
Your projects will require you to
- Take a leadership role in identifying causes of problems and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
- Work closely with other departments in the organization;
- Conduct internal audits of operations;
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators;
- Ensure the maintenance and implementation of the operational maintenance plan.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a college or university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or other equivalent training;
- Has more than 5 years experience in operational support and/or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment;
- Is able to communicate in French and English;
- Is recognized for his ability to communicate and work in a team;
- Is autonomous and resourceful;
- Demonstrates analytical thinking and good judgment, two essential qualities in analysis and problem solving.
