We are currently looking for someone to hold the title of production planning and purchasing agent for the company's head office located in Lévis. The holder of this title will have under his responsibility to support the planner in the production launching tasks, the subcontractors services management and the purchases related to the clients orders. 

Role and Responsabilities

  • Take part in the production planning and sequencing;
  • Complete the clients' orders, accesories and maintenance contracts launch;
  • Organize the deliverance of the received orders of inspection systems and of 3D scanning products by Creaform;
  • Make the purchases for the clients' orders;
  • Make the components reception on the computer;
  • Launch the subcontractors' work vouchers, do the PO, the reminders and and subcontractors services reception;
  • Inform the concerned departments of all the relevant information in order to fully respect the clients requests (planned delivery dates, stock shortage, delivery delay, ect.);
  • Keep up to date all the orders related informations in the ERP;
  • Take part in the SMQ updates.

Required Profile

  • Diploma of Collegial Studies in Industrial Engineering or relevant educational background;
  • Have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in  purchasing, planning, logistics or other related field;
  • Be bilingual (Essential);
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level);
  • Knowledge of and ERP software (Accpac an asset) +MRP;
  • Perfectionist and care for details.
